This is a small studio, so every order is confirmed by a person before payment. Browse the collection, then send us the piece, colour and quantity you would like by WhatsApp or email.

1. Choose your piece and note the product name, colour and set option.
2. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your delivery city.
3. We confirm availability, shipping cost and the total in USD.
4. We send a secure PayPal invoice to your email.
5. After payment, we pack by hand and email tracking when the parcel ships.

Payment is by PayPal invoice only. This website does not collect card details and does not charge automatically.

We ship from Jingdezhen, China to the United States. Orders are made or packed in 3–5 business days; transit usually takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking link when the parcel leaves the studio.

US shipping is $14.90, complimentary on orders over $99. Duties and taxes are included for US orders. If a parcel is delayed by customs, we will help you track it and keep you updated.

We currently ship to the United States only. For other destinations, contact us before ordering and we will quote a route.

If a piece arrives broken, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it — no need to return the broken piece. Please keep the box and packing materials for the claim.

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

We collect the information you give us to process an order or answer a message: name, email, shipping address, and order details. We do not sell your personal information.

Our store uses cookies for cart, checkout and basic analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; some parts of checkout may stop working.

We use a third-party visitor counter to record a daily visit count. It is used only for this simple traffic number, not for advertising or profiling.

To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us at the address below. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting.

By ordering from mizi studio you agree to these policies. Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified; you will be refunded in full.

Handmade pieces vary in glaze, speckle and shape. We describe every piece as accurately as we can, but small variations are not defects. Colors may look different on different screens.

We may update these policies from time to time; the version shown on this page applies to new orders. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.
